Cops are trained to be strict and firm both at the same time. They can’t be too low on their behalf and being too judgmental ends up getting stuck in cases like Michael Brown and Eric Garner. Cops have to be real, sharp and clever. But they have to be empathizing as well because they are appointed for the protection of the citizens.
When they stop you, pull you over for things where you are wrong, it means that you should stay calm to keep you’re a** out of jail. This cop stopped and warned this skateboarder not too skateboard in this particular area including the buildings. But did he listen? I suppose not because the cop got back again at him and this time he had way too much on his head. But still the guy had the guts to call him a weirdo because he took away his skateboard. I mean he has the right to question you, stop you, warn you and then take action against you. This is how the law asks them to work, if you are warned once then you better not risk doing it again. This is why cops lash at people for being irresponsible citizens.
